Kody Miller has extensive experience in operations, strategy, supply chain, accounting and finance. He has overseen multiple property management acquisitions, successfully integrating teams, retaining customers and improving processes. Kody serves as COO at Menlo Group and closely hires and trains new property managers at all of Unified’s portfolio companies to ensure our employees match our core values.

He co-founded Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate in 2008 and has played a crucial role in the company’s growth through recruiting and training commercial real estate professionals, launching new services, and acquiring other businesses. Grafton brings a unique perspective as designated broker and one of the top producers at Menlo Group.
Meet Our Property Managers

Brandon Child helps lead the property managers at Unified Commercial Property Management. His leadership has played a crucial role in the growth of our management portfolio. Before joining the team, Brandon gained more than 13 years of experience in the restoration field, where he earned and maintained relationships with property owners, contractors and property managers. He also learned the particulars of maintaining and avoiding damage on properties—knowledge that he puts to use to control costs for the property owners and associations we represent.
Brandon is married with five growing boys. The family is actively engaged in service to members of the community who face homelessness and mental illness. In his free time, he enjoys dirt and mountain biking, watching cheesy romantic comedies with his family, and completing house projects. Brandon also volunteers regularly with the youth at his church.

With over two decades of experience in Phoenix’s commercial real estate market, Liz Aguirre is recognized for her expertise in both property and facility management. A certified Facility Management Professional (FMP) through IFMA, she integrates operational insight and tenant relations to drive asset performance and client satisfaction. Liz combines strategic management with a strong interpersonal approach, ensuring properties are managed efficiently and relationships are built on trust.
Liz is actively involved in her community, leading a troop of Girls Scouts for 10 years and volunteering regularly at Fearless Kitty Rescue. She also enjoys reading thrillers, watching movies, listening to music, and doing yoga. Liz is a proud mom of an adult son and teenage daughter and maintains close relationships with her mother and grandmother who live nearby.

Kailee Buss started in commercial real estate in 2023 as a receptionist before joining the Property Management Team. As Assistant Property Manager, she enjoys communicating with clients, onboarding new properties, and keeping property information organized.
Originally a Wisconsin native, Kailee relocated to attend Arizona State University, where she earned a degree in Business Communication. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, hiking, watching movies and visiting new coffee shops. Kailee previously worked as a campus missionary for her local church congregation and remains involved in planning events and serving in other capacities.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Denise Claycomb has lived in Scottsdale for more than 25 years working in Arizona’s thriving real estate Industry. She started her real estate career with New Home Builders, working in sales & marketing and contracts & closing. Denise has held an Arizona real estate license since 2000 and has had the opportunity to work with all types of brokers in all real estate markets Valleywide.
Denise loves staying on top of current market trends and always seeks to find the best opportunities for her clients. She prides herself on treating all her clients the same, whether they are buying a $100,000 condo or investing in a $50,000,000 commercial property. Denise works relentlessly to ensure smooth transactions for buyers, sellers and investors.
Denise’s property management skills have been utilized in residential as well as commercial real estate markets. She has had the pleasure of working with great clients, guiding them through Arizona real estate with a high level of professionalism and vast real estate knowledge. Creating satisfied and profitable clients has produced consistent recommendations from past clients, friends, family, and business owners. Chandler McCormick has developed strong expertise in property management, tenant relations and vendor coordination from her time at Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate before joining Unified Commercial Property Management. Her experience spans financial oversight, rent management and inspections across diverse portfolios.
Chandler approaches every project with professionalism and precision, combining communication, problem-solving and organizational skills to deliver consistent, high-quality management and support long-term portfolio growth.
Chandler holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Grand Canyon University. She is a proud wife and mother to one daughter. In her free time, Chandler enjoys baking, crocheting and illustrating.

Mia Leon-Carpenter is an Assistant Property Manager at Unified Commercial Property Management. She supports our property managers and owners by submitting work orders, maintaining records, preparing reports, and other crucial tasks. Her strong communication skills and experience in fast-paced, high-demand environments contribute to her success in this role.
Before joining Unified, Mia earned a bachelor’s degree in Sports Journalism from Arizona State University. Her prior work experience includes three years as a barista at Starbucks and one year in food and beverage roles for Marriott’s luxury properties.
Mia regularly volunteers with her church, primarily with the creative team making video content. She also enjoys traveling and watching sports, especially football and baseball.

Tina’s dependable nature, collaborative spirit, and attention to detail have made her a trusted professional within the property management field. She is known for her ability to build strong working relationships and foster a positive environment across all levels.
Tina is a proud mom to two adult daughters. In her free time, she enjoys painting on canvas. Tina also strives to raise awareness about the importance of heart health.

Julie Brunzie has more than 30 years of experience in single-family, multi-family, and commercial property management. Over the course of her career, she learned and quickly excelled at property management accounting. Julie is detail-oriented and highly skilled at developing systems that ensure efficiency and accuracy across accounting operations. Her strong communication and leadership skills enable her to work well with owners, vendors and tenants.
Julie is a U.S. Navy veteran, having served in special intelligence communications. She is a proud mother of four adult children and grandma to three grandchildren. Julie is passionate about human rights and is involved with multiple nonprofit organizations. Her hobbies include thrifting, attending farmers markets, exploring new places and trying cuisines from different cultures.

Jackie Falce brings more than 14 years of experience in accounting and payroll to Unified Commercial Property Management. Her background is primarily in mortgage lending, where she refined her analytical and communication skills. Jackie supports property owners and tenants with her strong understanding of financial compliance and exceptional eye for detail.
Jackie is married with two adult children. In her free time, she spends her time with her nose in a book, usually reading up to three books at a time.
