Our Process
Property Assessment
After you engage with us, your property manager will complete a property walk and then draft a management agreement based on the needs of your asset. Once you’re a client, we complete an annual Capital Needs Assessment and provide recommendations on improvements and even when to sell for maximum profits.
10-Day Onboarding
Once you sign a management agreement and send us the requested documentation, we guarantee to have your property onboarded within 10 business days. This process includes creating bank accounts, setting up your owner portal, setting up utility accounts, inspecting vacant units, creating a budget, notifying your tenants, and more.
Management Plan
We work with you to create a custom management plan to reach your goals for your asset. Our management strategy includes timely and accurate reporting, annual budgets, tenant move-out checklists, and more.
